The 2015 Annual Property Tax Auction will be held May 16, 2015 at the Catt-LV School, Little Valley Campus. Please note that our Auction will start at a different time this year, at 1:00 pm.  Doors open at 12 noon for late registrations. Refreshments/lunch items will be offered by 8th grade students, to fund a trip to Washington DC.

WARNING:

It is illegal to trespass on County property or devalue it in any way which includes, but is not limited to: removing furnace, pipes, fixtures, windows/doors, or cutting down trees.  Properties are being monitored and any violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Some of our parcels are inhabited and may be in process of being repurchased by prior owner.  DO NOT TRESPASS.

Information Night April 29th at 7:00 pm

There is an INFORMATIONAL NIGHT to review properties planned to be auctioned, at the County Center 303 Court St, Little Valley, 3rd Floor in Legislative Chambers, April 29th  AT 7:00.

This event is not a requirement in order to purchase property but is meant to inform potential bidders of our process which will be especially helpful to first-time bidders and also veteran bidders.  We will use a slide presentation of each parcel along with any information such as estimated projected taxes or code violations, for example. Auction books will be available for sale at this meeting for $3, County Road maps for $2, and a new item this year is a County Map with all auction parcels pinpointed on it for $5.
