Seeking Registered Professional Nurse

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office is seeking candidates for the position of Registered Professional Nurse to be filled on a part time basis.

The incumbent provides nursing care to mentally ill and emotionally disturbed inmates; leads prescribed individual or group therapy sessions as part of specific therapeutic procedures; dispenses prescribed medications and generally observes inmates to detect abnormal behavior patterns.

The successful applicant must possess a license and current certification to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.

Salary: $19.89 per hour and requires weekend availability.
