The Tai Chi for Arthritis Program will be on Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30-11:30am; starting on September 22nd and ending on November 14th, 2016 at the Linwood Center in Allegany, NY.

What it is?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow moving with deep breathing.
