Free Powerful Tools for Caregivers Classes
Do you help an older relative or friend? Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed from juggling your own life and the responsibilities of caregiving? If so, you may benefit from our FREE Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6 week course sponsored by the Cattaraugus County Department of Aging and New York Connects. During this FREE 6 week course, you will learn to:
- reduce your stress;
- improve your self-confidence;
- better communicate your feelings;
- balance your life;
- increase your ability to make tough decisions;
- and, locate helpful resources.
The course will run every Friday beginning Friday, March 18, 2016 and ending on Friday, April 22, 2016. Each class will run from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and will be held at the JCC Olean Campus Training & Conference center, 260 N. Union St., Olean, NY 14760.
