It is important to reach out for help as you travel along the caregiving path. Caregivers Supporting Caregivers is a caregiver support group that is offered by the Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging/NY Connects. An evening group is held every third Tuesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Eden Heights.

It has been said there are only four kinds of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.

Join us caregivers!

If you are a caregiver, please join us in supporting each other, sharing ideas, and developing new ways to handle everyday caregiver issues.
