Apply for HEAP in an Heating Equipment Emergency

If you have a heating equipment emergency, you can apply for that starting November 9th, 2015 and you must apply in person for that type of HEAP service.
To call for an application, or to report an emergency, you may contact the Cattaraugus County Social Services agency at 716-373-8065.
