Creation of New Cooperative Extension
Special Meeting on August 27, 2015 from 6PM at the Cooperative Ext. Building
A special meeting will be held on August 27, 2015 @6:00PM at the Cooperative Extension Building, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY for the creation of a new Cattaraugus County Cooperative Extension.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the plan to form a new association and provide an opportunity for eligible voters (Residents of Cattaraugus County over 18 years old) to vote on the creation of a single-county association, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County.
In addition, a slate of nominees will be presented at the meeting for election to the new board to fill vacancies on the new board.
Programmatic Emphasis of 4-H and Youth Development, Agriculture and Nutrition will continue to be a mainstay for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County.
