Hospice Walk 2015

Hospice Walk is a fun way to raise money for the HomeCare & Hospice Foundation, pay tribute to those who have been lost and increase awareness of available services and support.

When The walk steps off at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 30 at the west entrance of the St. Bonaventure University campus. Arrive at 9:30 to register!

Register Sign up online or complete a downloaded form to walk and fund raise. All registered participants will receive a gift!

Make a difference After you register, ask family and friends to sponsor you with a donation. The money  you raise will help HomeCare & Hospice provide quality care to patients and families in your community. Use ourFundraising Guide to help get you started!

Fundraising incentives Top pledge earners will win grand prizes while those who raise $50 or more will be placed in drawings and raffles for other great gifts.

Online Register online to receive a personalized sponsorship page that you can email to friends and family and share on Facebook and Twitter.

Social media Use #HospiceWalk2015 to connect with walkers and sponsors when sharing on social media.

Team competition Businesses, groups, clubs and families are encouraged to organize a team and compete for the "Hospice High Scorers Cup".

Walk course The 3-mile walk winds around the St. Bonaventure University campus on the scenic Allegheny River Trail. The trail accommodates strollers, wheelchairs, bikes, joggers and pets. All are welcome!

Family fun Join us after the walk for refreshments, awards,  giveaways, kids' fun and games, and activities for all ages. Make sure to bring a  few extra dollars for our Chinese Auction and raffles!
