The 2014 Annual Property Tax Auction was held May 17, 2014 at the Catt-LV School, Little Valley Campus. Auction started at 9:00 am. online registration was a great tool that facilitated the bidders to attend.

Farmersville parcel # 146a Minimum bid $50,000 and deed restrictions: Resolved . . .The real property shall not be used for the purposes of landfills, dumping on or storage of hazardous materials, mining or the drilling of oil and/or gas wells. If, in the sole discretion of Cattaraugus County, the restrictive covenant is violated, then the real property described herein shall, at the discretion of Cattaraugus County, revert to Cattaraugus County.

There is an INFORMATIONAL NIGHT on properties planned at the County Center 303 Court St, Little Valley, 3rd Floor in Legislative Chambers, May 8 AT 7:00.
This event is not a requirement in order to purchase property but is meant to inform potential bidders of our process which will be especially helpful to first-time bidders and also veteran bidders. We will use a slide presentation of each parcel along with any information such as estimated projected taxes or code violations, for example.
