It has been said there are only four kinds of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.

It is important to reach out for help as you travel along the caregiving path. Caregivers Supporting Caregivers is a caregiver support group that is offered by the Cattaraugus County Department of the Aging/NY Connects twice a month.

An evening group is held every third Tuesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Eden Heights.

If you are a caregiver, please join us in supporting each other, sharing ideas, and developing new ways to handle everyday caregiver issues.
