GAVEL AND DOLLARS  PROPERTY TAX AUCTION

The 2013 Annual Property Tax Auction has been planned to be held May 18, 2013 at the Catt-LV School, Little Valley Campus.  Auction starts at 9:00 and doors will open at 8:00 am to register for a bidder number, but online registration is preferred.

WARNING:  It is illegal to trespass on County property or devalue it in any way which includes, but is not limited to: removing furnace, pipes, fixtures, windows/doors, or cutting down trees.  Properties are being monitored and any violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


Books are NOW AVAILABLE  for $3 either at our Olean or Little Valley Offices.

Information Night

There is an INFORMATIONAL NIGHT on properties planned at the County Center 303 Court St, Little Valley, 3rd Floor in Legislative Chambers, Thursday May 9, 2013 AT 7:00.

This event is not a requirement in order to purchase property but is meant to inform potential bidders of our process which will be especially helpful to first-time bidders and also veteran bidders.  We will use a slide presentation of each parcel along with any information such as estimated projected taxes or code violations, for example.
