Do you know how to properly manage development in your floodplains in order to minimize the risk of flood-related damage and destruction and to maintain compliance with federal requirements?

To provide you with practical information, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as the state NFIP coordinating agency, is offering this free workshop to help you meet your obligations under the National Flood Insurance Program. All appropriate community personnel are urged to attend.
