The 2010 Annual Property Tax Auction will be May 22 at 9:15am, Catt-LV School, 207 Rock City St, Little Valley.  Doors open at 8am for registration. 

Pre-registration is recommended by either going in to the Treasurer's Offices in Olean or Little Valley, or pre-register online.  If you pre-register online, you can pick up your bidder card at the front door.

An INFORMTAIONAL MEETING will be held Thursday, May 13 at 7:00 pm at the County buidling, 3rd floor Legislative Chambers, 303 Court St Little Valley.for a review of the approximately 85 parcels offered. Auction books are available now to pick up at the Treasurer's Office or at info night, for $2.  Maps available for $1.  You can also pre-register for your bidder number at Info Night.
