Free Seminar: The Nuts and Bolts of Selling to the Government

The Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development, Planning, and Tourism in conjunction with the Department of Defense Procurement Technical Assistance Program will be hosting a free seminar "The Nuts and Bolts of Selling to the Government". The seminar will include discussion on the differences and the similarities between commercial and government contracts, review of a typical request for proposal (RFP) or a request for quote (RFQ), and analysis of a standard contract and its term and conditions. The seminar will be at the Homewood Suites, 760 Dick Road, Buffalo, NY on Friday, October 30, 2009 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Terrence M. O'Connor, Attorney at Law, from Alexandria, VA will be the speaker.
