Benefit for Melanie Kent Kasprzak

On behalf of Melanie, family, friends, neighbors and Thrivent #30714, are sponsoring a free will Turkey Dinner, Chinese Auction and Bake Sale on Saturday, May 2, 2009, from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the East Otto Fire Hall.

About Melanie

Melanie Kent Kasprzak, a long-time resident of East Otto and 4-H leader was recently hospitalized for complications related to fluid build-up around her heart and in her lungs. During this time, it was also discovered that there is a cancerous spot on her lung. Though Melanie recently returned home, medical expenses are mounting, and she must continue to have chemotherapy treatments.
